# Archive Exports

Archive Exports is designed to provide access to historical threat-indicated data related to domains and IP addresses. It allows users to download historical data in CSV format, with options for both manual downloads and automated exports.

It is particularly useful for tracking the evolution of threat campaigns, identifying recurring patterns, and maintaining a robust audit trail of past incidents by preserving data from specific threat actors. It supports strategic planning and enhances the ability to respond to future threats based on historical context.

It is a strategic tool best suited for long-term threat intelligence and historical analysis. It enables organizations to establish a knowledge base of past threats, ensuring a proactive stance against the evolving landscape of cyber threats. By integrating this capability, customers can effectively leverage historical data to strengthen their defensive strategies.

## View Archive Exports

1. From the left navigation menu, select **Data Export** > **Archive Exports**.
2. Choose Card or Table view.

## Export via Automate Export

1. From the left navigation menu, select **Data Export** > **Archive Exports**.
2. Stay in the card view and click the **Automate Export** button on your chosen Feed.
3. Select the required file type.
4. Click the**Copy API endpoint** button. The endpoint retrieves a time-limited URL (valid for three hours) that you can use to download the file.
5. Click on the **cURL**, **Python**, or **PHP** tabs to copy code samples and call them from another security tool.

## Export Data as a Text File

1. From the left navigation menu, select **Data Export** > **Archive Exports**.
2. Select the Card or Table view, and then click **Download file**.
3. Select the required file type.
4. Click **Download file**.
5. Select the required file type.

A curated stream of threat intelligence data containing indicators of compromise (IoCs), such as malicious IPs or domains, used to monitor and mitigate cyber threats.
