Release 6.2

Prev Next

Release 6.2 brings a new Organization Management experience: one place to manage your organization, users, teams, API keys, and usage. Everything is role-aware, so Owners, Managers, and Members each see the data relevant to them. Silent Push admins get a matching view across all organizations.

One Organization Settings page

The separate Organization, Subscription, and Users pages are now merged into one, opened from the profile dropdown. Organization and subscription details appear in the header for all roles, and the tabs below adapt to your role:

  • Owners: Dashboard, Teams, Users, API Keys, and My Assets for the whole organization

  • Managers: The same tabs, scoped to their team

  • Members: Their own usage, team and colleagues, and the API keys they created

My Account, Notifications, and Webhook settings stay on the Account Settings page.

Users (Owners): Add users individually or in bulk (up to 100 via CSV or manual entry), with a pie chart showing how API requests are allocated. Edit, move, or delete users; when deleting a user with data, choose a teammate to inherit it. The Users tab can be sorted and filtered, and users receive email notifications for invites, updates, and team moves.

Teams: Owners can create up to 100 teams, assign Managers and Members, and set module and feature permissions limited to what your contract covers. Owners see all teams with usage stats, Managers see their team's widgets and members, and Members see their team and colleagues.

Owner Dashboard: Track UI and API usage by user and team, monthly quota consumption, and active user trends. View Analyst Credits and export the whole dashboard as a PDF.

API Keys: Every user can create personal keys with a nickname and expiration date. Owners manage all keys, Managers manage their team's keys (except deleting), and Members manage their own. Keys turn orange within 30 days of expiry and red within 7 days, with automatic email reminders at 30 days, 7 days, and on expiry.

Query History: Now available to everyone. Owners see organization-wide activity, while Managers and Members see their own recent queries.

Roles and sharing: Hierarchy is Organization → Teams → Users. Users can share entities with any team (giving Edit rights), while creators keep Manage rights. Sharing respects module entitlements. When a user is removed, their assets transfer to their team Manager, or to the Owner if they had no team.

Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR Integration Update

The updated Silent Push integration for Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR expands access to Silent Push threat intelligence through our latest APIs, enabling security teams to enrich indicators, investigate suspicious infrastructure, and incorporate Silent Push intelligence directly into existing security orchestration and response workflows.

 What’s New

Traffic Origin Support in Threat Check

The integration now supports Traffic Origin as an additional data source within the Silent Push Threat Check API. Analysts can check IP addresses and domains against Traffic Origin data to determine whether Silent Push has relevant intelligence associated with the infrastructure.

When a match is identified, analysts can access additional context, including source IP and geographic information, to better understand activity surrounding suspicious infrastructure and uncover relationships that may not be apparent from an indicator alone.

TLP Amber Reports API Support

The integration now supports the TLP Amber Reports API, allowing customers to retrieve a list of TLP Amber Reports available to their organization directly within XSOAR. This provides analysts with greater visibility into available Silent Push intelligence and helps them identify relevant reports for further investigation.
