On the login screen click on the Forgot Password link

Enter your Email address and click Send

You will receive a reset password email which will be valid for 72 hours after sending. Follow the instructions in the email

Enter a New password in the reset password screen, and confirm it

Click Save

You’ll now be presented a new login screen which will ask you to enter your email and new password

Click on Login to access the Silent Push app with your new password
