# Shared Queries

Shared Queries enable Silent Push users to design tailored searches, such as DNS record lookups or certificate scans, and share them with team members. Built on the platform’s extensive dataset, this feature supports collaboration by centralizing query management, ensuring consistent threat analysis across departments.

## Create a Shared Query

1. From the left navigation menu, select **Advanced Query Builder > Shared Queries**.
2. Click **New Shared Quer**y to create a new query or select an existing one from the table.
3. Define the query name and description, then select **Make Public to Organization** to share.
4. Use the **Actions** menu to edit, clone, delete, or reshare as needed. The query becomes available to authorized users.

## Key Features

- **Query creation and sharing**: Build a query (e.g., “Phishing Check”) and share it with the organization via a simple interface.
- **Centralized management:** View and manage shared queries in a dedicated tab, with details like creator and last run date.
- **Action options**: Edit, clone, delete, or reshare queries through an actions menu, tailoring usage to team needs.
- **Permission control**: Ensures access aligns with user roles, enhancing security for sensitive queries.
