When you log into Silent Push, you land on the main dashboard. It is designed to help security analysts and threat hunters quickly find insights, start investigations, and defend against threats before they materialize.

Top Section – Search for Insights

At the very top, you’ll see a large search bar titled “Search for Insights”.

It allows you to search across domains, IP addresses, URLs, hashes, email addresses, and more. The placeholder text gives examples of what you can enter:

  • A unit, asn, domain, host, ip, url, etc.

Simply type your query and click the blue Search button (or press Enter) to begin investigating.

The AI-powered search and assistance tool available in the Knowledge Base is strictly limited to the content of the Silent Push Knowledge Base only.

It has no access whatsoever to:

  • Your account data

  • Your organization’s environment or queries

  • Any customer data

  • The Silent Push platform or threat intelligence engine

  • Any external systems

Its only function is to help you quickly find relevant articles and answers inside our official documentation.
