Our offering focuses on the following:
- Automatic generation of reports with evidence packages aggregated from a DNS, scanning, and screenshot data​
- Users can submit reports directly to our partners at CleanDNS for evidence evaluation and potential action
- Using our 24/7 data collection to track how the domains that have been submitted change following abuse report to help verify whether action has been taken​
CleanDNS Integration
The Silent Push Abuse Reporting with CleanDNS is a direct reporting mechanism that escalates abuse reports and feeds escalated domains directly into the CleanDNS platform for evaluation, remediation, and potential suspension.
The CleanDNS integration with Silent Push enables users to:
- Escalate domains engaging in abusive behaviors for further evidencing and potential suspension
- Facilitate requests for suspension or remediation, based on available evidence
- Directly assist in the mitigation of domains engaging in DNS Abuse and online harms
To submit an abuse report, complete the following process:
Submit a Abuse Report
- From the home page, select Brand Impersonation, and then select Abuse Reporting.
- Select Create Abuse Report.
- In the Domain or URL box, type the name of the domain you want to submit a request for.
- In the Abuse Report Reason box, type the reason for submitting the abuse report request.
- Select Add.
- NOTE: Create Abuse Report is also available from the pivot control for any domain or URL so you can request abuse reports anywhere in the platform
Once submitted, you can view the status of your submission on your Abuse Reporting List.
Note: Silent Push is not responsible for removing domains that you submitted an abuse request for. It is the duty of the registrar to authorize and remove domains.
