# Template Queries

Template Queries provide preconfigured, reusable query frameworks within Silent Push, allowing users to define searches for domains, IPs, or certificates and share them across teams. Categorized for specific use cases, such as threat detection or compliance, these templates streamline workflows by eliminating repetitive query setup.

## Create a Template Query

1. From the left navigation menu, select**Advanced Query Builder >** **Template Queries**.
2. Click **Create New Template** to define a new blueprint.
3. Enter a **Template Name**, select a **Category**, add a **Description**, and set **Query Parameters** (e.g., Domain, Netmask).
4. Click **Save** to make the template available.
5. Use the **Actions** menu to apply or modify as needed.

## Key Features

- **Custom template creation**: Build templates with a name, category, and query parameters (e.g., Domain, IPv4).
- **Organized categories**: Group templates by purpose (e.g., Threat Detection, Compliance) for easy access.
- **Action flexibility**: Apply, edit, clone, or delete templates via an actions menu, tailoring usage to team needs.
- **Permission-based access**: Ensure templates reach authorized users, enhancing security for sensitive queries.
