Advanced Abuse Reporting (former Takedown Service)
We are renaming our takedown offering to Abuse Reporting and providing additional enhancements which include:
- Enabling users to submit URLs as evidence supporting use cases where the impersonation is not at the root domain,
- Adding the standard pivot control to both the submitted URL and domain columns,
- Highlighting when we last scanned the URL for changes, and highlighting if any response, HTML title, or favicon changes are detected.
STIX/TAXII Export Support
We now support sharing the STIX format of our feed and organization exports data via a TAXII server.
Total View Enhancement
- Enhanced IP Context in Total View - We provide additional IP contextual data to show if the IP is being used by a VPN or proxy service, or if the IP is a sinkhole.
- Enhanced Infrastructure Variance Tab in Total View - Users can look back up to 360 days for IP Diversity, ASN, and ASN Diversity details in the Infrastructure Variance Tab. The IP Diversity chart will now show the full ASN name.
- Highlight Redirects in Total View -
We now highlight the full redirection chain in the Web Scan Highlights section if the scan of the hostname results in a redirect. - Extend Subdomain Tab in Total View - In the Subdomain tab, we are enabling users to view subdomains that last resolved up to 360 days previously, extending from the 30 days of data that is currently available.
- Display Wildcard Details in Total View -
Wildcard details are now part of the default PADNS tab which includes displaying an alert in the header that indicates if a wildcard(s) is/are in use, as well as providing a dedicated Wildcard subtab that will display all wildcard details relating to the hostname. The new Wildcard tab will support the Domain Wide View feature, allowing the user to zoom out to the apex domain view of wildcards. - Add Risk Score Reason to Total View - We now show the risk reason when a user hovers on the Risk Score so users can better understand the score.
- Live Threat Feed Section UI Update -
The Live Threat Feeds section and the Total View tab in the standardized pivot control now additionally show the feed vendor name and the date when the indicator was added to the feed. We are also modifying the Total View tab in the standardized pivot control to show the full feed name.

Enterprise users will now be able to manage their email notifications for monitors and toggle them on/off as required.
