The Abuse Reporting List is a record of your requests to have threats on a domain or URL mitigated. When you submit a request, we use our datasets to automatically produce a report that gets sent to our partner CleanDNS to take action on. You can view the status of that request in your Abuse Reporting List.
To view your Abuse Reporting List, complete the following process:
- From the home page, select Brand Impersonation.
- Select Abuse Reporting.
Understand your Abuse Reporting List
Use the following table to understand the details of your results:
Column Name | Description |
---|---|
Target | Name of the domain you requested to remove. |
Type of Abuse | Reason for takedown request. |
Submission Date | Date that you submitted the takedown request. |
Submitted Report | Select to download a report of the evidence you submitted for a takedown request. The report contains favicon images, screenshot images, and XARF formatted JSON with metatdata. |
Last Checked | Date that a scan was last done on the domain you requested to remove. |
Active A Records | Indicates if there is Active A records available. |
Response Code | Response code associated with the domain you requested to remove. |
Favicon | Favicon associated with the domain you requested to remove. |
HTML Title | HTML Title associated with the domain you requested to remove. |
Change Detected | Indicates whether or a not a change has been detected in the domain or URL's status in the last 24 hours. |
Status | Current status of your request to CleanDNS to remove a domain. |
Highlights
- Total number of domains: The total amount of domains that you submitted an abuse report for.
- Offline in last 7 days: The total amount of domains you submitted an abuse report for that have been successfully mitigated in the last seven days.
- Offline: The total amount of domains that have taken offline that were submitted.
- Last Updated: The date that information on your Abuse Reporting List was last updated.

Use the following table to understand how to manage your results:

Download List as CSV | Select to download your Abuse Reporting List as a CSV file. |
Create Abuse Report | Select to submit a takedown request for a domain. |
Delete | Select to delete record of abuse request for a domain. Note: You can only delete records that have not been submitted to CleanDNS. |
