Assigned Roles

Every user in a Silent Push organization is assigned exactly one role: Owner, Manager, or Member. All roles can create entities such as saved queries, monitors, API keys, and assets. The difference is how much of the organization each role can manage.

Roles within your organization

Note
An organization can have more than one Owner. Ownership can only be removed from a person when at least one other Owner remains on the organization.

What each role can see and do

Access to the tabs on the Organization Settings page is scoped to each role. Owners get full oversight. Managers and Members see only what is relevant to them.

Note
By default, an Owner can see all data at organization level. A Manager can see data at team level. A Member can see their own data.
