Use our WHOIS Scanner to search our WHOIS datasource and retrieve information about the ownership of the domain name and the registration of the domain name.
To use our WHOIS Scanner, complete the following process:
Use WHOIS Scanner
- From the home page, select WHOIS Data, and then select WHOIS Scanner.
- In the Field name box, type or select a field name.
- From the Operator dropdown, select an operator type.
- In the Value box, type a value.
- (Optional) To add another query, select Add New, and then complete the query.
- Select Search.
Query Results
Use the following table to understand the details of your results:

| scan_date | Date and time of the WHOIS scan. |
| domain | Name of the domain. |
| created | Date and time that the domain name was originally registered. |
| expires | Date and time that the registration of the domain expires unless renewed by the current owner. |
| name | Name of the current owner of the domain. |
| organization | Name of the organization that the domain is associated with. |
| registrar | Name of the registrar that the domain is associated with. |
| zipcode | Zipcode associated with the owner of the domain. |
| state | State associated with the owner of the domain. |
| updated | Date and time of the last change made to the registration details of the domain. |
| nshash | Hashing method associated with the domain. |
| namesever | Name of the namesever used to connect the domain name to the host sever’s IP address. |
| Email of the registered domain owner. | |
| country | Country associated with the owner of the domain. |
| address | Street address associated with the owner of the domain. |
| city | City associated with the owner of the domain. |
Manage the WHOIS Scanner results
Use the following table to learn how to manage your results:

| Select all | Select all listed results in the Results table. |
| Copy | Copy results that are currently visible or results that you individually selected. |
| Export | Export results that are currently visible or results that you individually selected. |

| Basic Raw Data | Download a JSON view of the data that is visible on the Results table. |
| Total results | Total amount of results associated with your query. |
| Results on current page | Total amount of results that are currently displayed on the page. |
